We've put an ambitious schedule together for our fifth annual March Madness extravaganza. Help us reclaim the month of March for the backstabber by signing up for some games. We have bar games, Saturday games, Sunday games, city games, suburban games, even a variant. And it all starts with the tip-off at Emmett's Alehouse on March 1. How did Downers Grove get the honor? Where: College of Dupage's Student Resource Center, 425 Fawell Blvd., Glen Ellyn, IL 60137.
What: A three-round Sum of Squares Diplomacy tournament. Best two rounds count for score. It only takes one round to be eligible for awards. Rounds will feature a central clock and drop-dead timing.
How much: The entry fee is $15; $10 for students. Paid-up Weasels get a $5 discount. The CODCon convention charges an additional $5 for a one-day pass and $7 for two days.
