We've put an ambitious schedule together for our fifth annual March Madness extravaganza. Help us reclaim the month of March for the backstabber by signing up for some games. We have bar games, Saturday games, Sunday games, city games, suburban games, even a variant.
And it all starts with the tip-off at Emmett's Alehouse on March 1. How did Downers Grove get the honor? Typical political bullshit. Our Prime Weasel lives there.

WACCon 2012, held last weekend at the Washington Athletic Club in downtown Seattle, was a great event. It featured 20 boards over the four rounds, with 46 players participating, including five Weasels and three of our ex-pats.

First, the Detroit Tigers signed Prince Fielder. Then, one of their damn fans topped the board last night in Game No. 168 at Guthrie's Tavern. And in just his second game ever. Kevin Schiferle kept predicting an imminent comeuppance as he gobbled the East, slowly at first and then in large chunks.
