Weasels in the Game
| Club News |
On June 21, Peter Yeargin, Kevin O'Kelly and I exchanged our knives for golf clubs for Girls in the Game's annual charity golf outing at Traditions at Chevy Chase Country Club in Wheeling.
Meghan is Girls in the Game's development director, so I attended for the second year with three of my friends from high school, one of whom has played with the Weasels in a house game and at Moots 1 and 3. Wells Fargo also bought a foursome, which is why Kevin was there, and he brought Peter as his guest. Our two foursomes teed off at the same hole. We're pictured here on our fourth hole.

That was a birdie, thank you very much. The golf outing was a scramble format, which suits me just fine. I teed off last and putted first. Tee shot on the green, and the putt right in the hole.
I'm so bad with a driver that I only used it once in 18 holes.
But speaking of a scramble format, that could be an interesting Diplomacy variant but difficult to adjudicate, I'd guess.
